Didn't get home in time yesterday to make my planned dishes.

On the other paw, I have all the ingredients - while I won't enter in this #5 challenge, I will make the dishes anyway today and post appropriately in the proper categories elsewhere on the site.

Seasonings were spot on; I would have iiked more spinach in this.

I am currently cooking the heart recipe from that book - we have a large rainstorm heading in, which may potentially mean that I lose my lame satellite Internet connection during portions of this. But the recipe itself should be finished within 20 minutes, I just hope I can post today.
