Ok, sounds good. I actually have an en papillote desert I want to try.

This past summer, it was a great way to cook an entire meal and not heat up the kitchen. There are also some good ideas at Reynolds Wrap.com
Depends how it was cooked.
Well it was initially fried in oil in the wok and then transferred to, and wrapped in, aluminium foil for baking in the halogen oven (10 minutes). It wasn't necessary to wrap it in foil but I thought it may then be considered "en papallote". Not that I'm bothered either way.
