The CookingBites Prize Challenge: Moroccan Food

Vegetable and chickpea tagine with saffron - plus harissa. Its simple. Toasted pine nuts on top. It was served with couscous of course-course!

Original post edited to add my Beef Tagine Recipe, which I've gotten cleared as being allowed in the competition (since I never posted a recipe before). Weirdly, I can't edit my original post about beef tagine (not the one on this thread, but the one I linked to originally).

There is a time limit on being able to edit - I can't remember how long. When was it posted? I can always edit it for you if you tell me what you want to change/add.

That's what I figured. I posted it last April (I didn't realize I've been here that long!) If you can just add a link to my Beef Tagine Recipe to the Discussion page, that would be ideal. :okay:
