I've never cooked a Moroccan dish before. Maybe I'll give it a shot this weekend.

That's what I figured. I posted it last April (I didn't realize I've been here that long!) If you can just add a link to my Beef Tagine Recipe to the Discussion page, that would be ideal.There is a time limit on being able to edit - I can't remember how long. When was it posted?
