When I pick an ingredient, I want to pick one that everyone can potentially get without great difficulty. But, this is the first time I'm picking an ingredient because it's one I don't use very often, and I'm hoping for some excellent ideas from all the talented home cooks on this forum.
Therefore, I'm picking:
Wine. This includes all shades of wine (red, white, rose, etc), sparkling wines, and alcohol-free wines. I am also allowing wine vinegar.
By the way, I just read this amazing wine-related story. Jerry Jones is the owner of the Dallas Cowboys football () team. He's worth $8.5 billion, and he can certainly afford to buy any bottle of wine he wants. But, apparently he wants wine from a gas station.
I will happily take a recipe from Mr. Jones, but he has to join the forum first.
