I know. I had a backlog to write up and post. The former is my last entry, with 20 mins to the deadline (phew).
This challenge is now closed awaiting judging. All entries can be seem listed with live links by clicking on the cookingbites recipe challenge tag.

I had 27 recipes to sift through with the previous challenge, and that took me over 2 days. I wouldn't be surprised if caseydog is experiencing the same sort of thing.
I know - its tough. Brilliant that we got so many entries though. My bean repertoire is completely transformed due to this challenge.
I have it just about done. I'm narrowed down to a few finalists from a crowded field of good entries.
I got my cough thing sorted out, so I can focus a lot better. Since it is pneumonia, it's not like I have a busy social schedule for the next few days -- unless you're feeling lucky and want to come over for supper.
