The CookingBites recipe challenge: cream cheese

Your mackerel paté was tagged as entered , I didn't realise it wasn't meant to be an entry!

Judging isn't my favorite thing either, but I really did enjoy seeing the effort everyone made and that made me really happy 😊
I didn’t know that it was an entry either! I said in the original post it wasn’t an entry but SatNav asked me to write it as a recipe so I did!

Kinda glad I didn’t know 😂

Congrats on the win, JAS_OH1!

You know the next steps, but feel free to PM any of us on staff if you have any questions.

On to the next challenge!

What a fantastic range of creative entries for this challenge! I commend you Windigo on your considered judging of such a spectrum of good things.

Congratulations JAS_OH1. You really put an effort into the challenge and it showed. I'm sure you know the formula for choosing the new ingredient but here it is anyway:

As usual, its best to choose an ingredient which is fairly accessible in all our various countries. It doesn't matter if you choose an ingredient which has gone before so long as it wasn't too recently. A list of all ingredients chosen is here in date order and here in alphabetical order.

If you want to you can 'float' an idea for the next ingredient in this thread or if in doubt PM me or another moderator for advice.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone!

I see garlic hasn't been used in quite awhile and it's one of my favorite things ever! I choose garlic and I anticipate there will be plenty of delicious recipes coming forth.

Edit to clarify garlic in any form is fine.

Sounds good, I’ll get the new challenge set up sometime later today, as soon as I can get to it (busy work day today).
