There are quite a lot of recipes for Mesir Wat on the internet, all of which are slightly different and most of which claim to be authentic. This recipe is a hybrid, and it’s how I like it. It is very fragrant, filling, and warming.
I hadn't seen your recipe. I just entered how I made what I had to eat.
I have seen recipes for other dishes, but they all have a lot of chillies in them too.
