Right - I´ve been out all day long but have been thinking what should be the next challenge.
You might be a bit surprised, since many know me as a vegetarian/pescatarian but, this is an ingredient I´ve cooked over the years and actually enjoyed over the years, even in small quantities.
PORK!!! Yes, the original porky pig. I don´t think it´s been done before; I imagine that everyone across America,South America, Europe, Asia, Australasia and probably the Antarctic has got a recipe somewhere; pork is the new white meat; bacon is a separate food group; you can evidently make a pig of yourselves.
Straight pig, right? No wild boar, peccary, guinea pig, remote Cambodian dog pig - none of that. Just Mr Porky.
You can use any part of the pig you want, including bacon and ham. If you don´t eat meat, any plant-based recipe is also acceptable.
