The CookingBites recipe challenge: mayonnaise

Sriracha Mayonnaise Margarita

BAM!

IMG_3424.JPG

It doesn't show up well in this photograph, but there is a bit of a lovely pink hue to this Cocktail.
I don't taste the Mayo, but that Sriracha gives it a nice warmth. I didn't make my Spicy Mayo too strong, but there's the beauty of making your own, it's to your personal palate. I don't normally like a salted rim for my Margarita, but this is good!
AND you could always double the hooch in it for even more of a kick, like I did by mistake, *cough* :drink:

You’ve been in the same corners of the internet as me! I had planned to try this one out this weekend but didn’t have the tequila on hand. 😛

Recipe - Pizza Rossini

Okay, that was to show that this is a real pizza, from Italy. It did not come from my warped mind. It is basically a Margherita pizza... with hard boiled egg slices and Mayonnaise on top. Well, as far as I could figure out.

I found this on a search for "Mayonnaise Pizza." Since Tasty is the judge, I felt it appropriate.

I have another entry planned, and even have the ingredients. I had too much to do today, and will be out of town for five days. Most of the ingredients will be fine when I get back. I may have to replace a couple, but they are pretty cheap.

Of course, that leaves five days for someone to "Tasty" me.

I'm left wondering as a pizza is just a type of hot open sandwich (pizza connoisseurs excuse the crude explanation) would a cheese and mozzarella and egg mayonnaise in one sandwich work?

Sounds like a bad sarnie, I may have to find out 😂

My recipe is something most here wont like . Morning Glory thought it had too much sugar but hey it works. My nana handed it to mum and I likewise.
300 mls condensed milk
1/4 cup malt vinegar
Teaspoon of mustard ( powder)
Lots of white pepper
1 tablespoons sugar.
Mix and jar. Keeps for weeks.
