I've imagined that an ingredient as versatile as rice would unleash your taste buds and your respective culinary skills and experiences, but you guys went too far! ahaha (and you all did very well)

This recipe has really bewitched me, an idea that I'm going to make for sure!

Well - it means I don't have any challenges to enter. :ohmy: OK well, to make my life easier I'm going to choose the same ingredient as I did on the other forum - which is: Corn.

Corn in any manifestation so that includes sweetcorn, cornflour, polenta, pop corn or even cornflakes. Not included are tortillas or other wraps made of corn unless, of course, you make them from scratch. I may need to qualify that.

Anyway - you guys are now competing with another forum in the corn stakes! :laugh:
 
Ignore the tortilla comment - too complicated. If anyone wants to present dishes made with ready made tortillas, that's fine. I just had visions of endless 'wraps'. Lets just say I don't like wraps. :D
 
It's really not hard to make tortillas and they are so much better fresh. I need to order some blue corn meal again since what I have is nearly gone. Funny too, we are having a Korean meal next week and 1 of the banchans I was thinking about was cheesy corn.
