Recipe - Vegan "Butter Chicken"

Done

So this butter chicken has no butter and no chicken in it... but it has plenty of flavour and is so far outside of TRs comfort zone, I shouldn't even get an honorary mention! but it's an entry and I've been meaning to write it up. Now all I need to do is to find my chaat masala mix again.
