I did a video making it a year or so ago, but am not going to enter it. It turned out ok, but definitely not my favourite dish. There are some obvious classic dishes - Coq au vin for example.

Yummmm, I do one with a whole big bottle of Guinness, but I'm sure would be delicious with wine too (maybe not the whole bottle).I made a practice run on a dish that I want to work on a second time (tweaking a few things) before I post it. It's a oxtail stew with... wine?
That looks a lot like my seafood dishes!
It's a beautiful recipe...thank you for reminding me about it, even if you can't enter it.I wish I had not previously posted my Drunk Pork Roast recipe .
Thanks for posting your recipe. I was beginning to feel so very alone in this challenge.
I have not yet had an opportunity to sit down for this challenge, hope I can next week
I'm missing seeing Hemulen entering a string of recipes. She's always very busy on these challenges.
I'm busy preparing my thesis; we just got a new (earlier) deadline and I have to make/draw 3D models 24/7. I think I'll post a few entries at some point. At least one soup recipe is brewing...I'm missing seeing Hemulen entering a string of recipes. She's always very busy on these challenges.
Amazing. What degree are you pursuing and what is the topic of your thesis? 3D models sound intriguing.I'm busy preparing my thesis; we just got a new (earlier) deadline and I have to make/draw 3D models 24/7. I think I'll post a few entries at some point. At least one soup recipe is brewing...
