Forum GOD!
Here too, for the last couple of days, and the past few days the temperatures were 85F/29C at the peak heat of the day. Cooling back down a little over the next few days, but I actually prefer around 80F/27C.

I'm going to a cookout on the north coast up on Lake Erie at my oldest daughter's house. It's going to be a lovely day to sit outside! It has been lovely sitting outside, relaxing
Yes, you are absolutely right. My Dad just had his 83rd birthday. It is not as bad and as often as with yours, I would say, but it is fragile. So I am grateful when the day runs normal. We are having the same trials with my 90-year-old dad. A day with nothing happening to him is the exception, not the rule. Don't let the situation take over your life. Spend some time everyday doing something your enjoy, that will take your mind off of the situation with your father. My sister and I both do that.

Yes, I do yoga, mediations, prayers, walks, distracting and fun or educational youtube videos, I meet friends, my partner Igor, it is a good coping strategy.
And it took her 15 years to do so?I’ve had this scale for probably 15 years, and I always laughed that the nitwits at Cuisinart put the logo on the pan upside down:

Then my wife came in and enlightened me:

I think she only goes into the kitchen to leave butter in the jam and breadcrumbs on the counter. And it took her 15 years to do so?
And to put dishes away in weird places. Mustn’t forget that.I think she only goes into the kitchen to leave butter in the jam and breadcrumbs on the counter.
I wonder if any of them will wander over here?Wow, I just found out Chowhound (another cooking forum, one of the first, I think) shut down in March, after 25 years.
I was a member there for a time, but didn’t quite mesh with the group, so I left, but they were a big player at one time.
Goodbye to Chowhound, the Internet’s First Food Hub
I don’t know. I mentioned a couple of times the “other” cooking forum I was on before this one…let’s just say I left there and ended up here for a reason.I wonder if any of them will wander over here?
