Good morning peeps.
It’s freezing cold so a knitted hat sounds like a great idea to me.
Life has been busy with 2 visits to Sydney in 2weeks - so much fun though. Cocktails, fun with friends, Viivid
This past weekend was Korean BBQ (a new obsession) a visit to the Casino with my 18yo - to visit a particular restaurant though it was heaps of fun watching them check her ID and give her a bit of a roasting about fake ID,s. It was mostly in jest but as she’s so recently legal she was a bit intimidated. Then it was delicious Vietnamese food. I’ll put up pics ASAP.
Then Book of Mormon. Hilarious. Though I was surprised that the mostly older crowd didn’t have at least one or 2 people walk out.

All 12 boys and their football coach have been found alive after nine days missing in N.W. Thailand caves.
Trouble is - now they have to get them out. They are considering teaching them to scuba dive as the monsoon season will mean the water won't recede for months.

They have the best rescuers on the planet involved. We can only hope.
It was Brit divers that found them - and I think they are leading the rescue operation...

We saw that last year and it was brilliant although there were a couple behind us who were unhappy about the language and content, presumably they didn't read the info before hand

I can't help thinking their coach will be in big trouble, I don't know the full story, but taking kids into caves during the rainy season.....not really a good idea

I was in Hong Kong mid/late 90's on 4th July. There was one of those big boats that have the aeroplanes on them in the harbour (I saw it from 74th floor of Central Plaza). They said there was 6,000 Americans on board.

Monday evening we went into town to see a comedian, tickets said doors at 7pm, we got there just before but it turned out that the support was 8-9 and the headline was 9.30-10.30, so we decided to do a bit of shopping, Boots for spectacle cleaner, Hotel Chocolate-we also picked up a small bottle of their chocolate gin for hubby, then into NEXT and I picked up 2 tops for our holiday later in the year. Then we went to the comedy show

That may be, but he's also kept them all alive. that takes skill more so underground in the dark and trapped, though I haven't followed the news at recently for obvious reasons.

What he did was stupid and irresponsible, 1 diver has now died, ok it could be a personal health thing, but that may not have happened if he hadn't needed to be in there.
