Same here though there is the chance of thunderstorms this evening which means even if we get no rain, it will cloud over. It's brewing up to something .last few days have been the same and the forecast is 8C at night but +30C during the day until later in the week when it will drop to a cool 28°C!

I need to know what the other one is . Not seen that for a while. In fact only the once so far this year!

We do get an awful lot of dry thunderstorms though which are incredibly dangerous.

Another night of dry thunderstorms. No change to the temperature . 37°C yesterday, the night was really warm, never dropping below 20°C outside until 5am. Today is forecast to be 36°C as well. Thunderstorms later on. Hopefully they will bring rain and a temperature change. It's too warm for autumn .

Autumn has very definitely arrived . The trees have started to turn yellow and leaves are falling off in the wind rather than being ripped off in the wind .

36 degC at present, forecast is 38 later. Next week's forecast is 40 degC! and April is usually the hottest month!

My dad has gone into hospital today for surgery, feeling rather anxious but it is supposedly routine, 4 hours, 4-5 days in hospital. As soon as we know when he will be going home we can get ourselves organised regarding after care etc...

A delivery driver called earlier, he was a bit lost so I guided him around, apparently I am the best sat-nav he has ever had

Sorry to hear about your dad. Good to hear he is okay.
Record-breaking rain and several thunderstorms here. Going to hunker down & awaiting some peel and stick quatrefoil-style paper to lay down under the sinks, and looking around for other uses. Love the pattern. Will try to post pics.
