Looks great!My first attempt at naan bread. Pleased with the results. They’ll be brushed with a bit of melted ghee and garlic before serving.

Russian potato bread: a very nice texture for slicing - though the crust is quite dark its not hard and crusty. It also has a lovely subtle caraway taste. I think I'll be making it again View attachment 55113
Its about 30% potato, 70% flour. But there's only 150ml of water in there so the potato is also replacing some of the water.Looks good! I've never made potato bread. What is the proportion of potato to flour?
Reasonably successful ‘no-knead dinner rolls’. Ate one with smoked salmon and cheese spread.

Hi all
Noob baker question: how do you all store your freshly baked bread, and how long does it last? The one I made above is almost half eaten and I had it in a large freezer bag, but today noticed that the underside is starting to get a bit moist.
