Over the years, I have never been that adventurous with the leftovers from a Christmas turkey. Some of the typical dishes I have made include turkey and vegetable broth, turkey curry and a simple cold turkey salad. However, I have seen some fantastic and creative ideas for using up turkey over this holiday period. Just some of these have included spiced turkey burgers, turkey sstew and dumplings, turkey and ham pie, Moroccan spiced turkey and couscous, turkey and sweetcorn chowder and turkey and vegetable fritters.
