Types and shapes of butter

At the lower price point I’m enjoying ‘Shirgar’ the Welsh butter at the moment. It’s a fairly salty butter though so not to everyone’s taste.
I clarified a pat a couple of days ago and boy does is contain a lot, lot more milk solids than most butters. Perhaps that’s why it tastes so buttery.

I'll look out for it.

These are considered premium butters, so they’re sold in twos, not fours. Danish Creamery is $4.99 and Vital Farms is also $4.99.

Note that Danish Creamery is actually made by Challenge Dairy, a dairy company based in California. Danish Creamery is their more upscale version (though their flagship butter is favorably reviewed). Vital Farms comes from Austin, Texas.
