Using salt

My wife bought Himalayan rock salt last week. First time I've seen it in these parts.

She's convinced that it's healthier than sea salt but I have my doubts.

We have a big bag of it,I put it out for guests. I prefer plain old peppercorns

I have some Himalayan pink rock salt in a glass grinder jar. I have no idea where it came from. Either a gift, or something I bought on clearance sale somewhere for cheap.

I'd gotten a gift box of different salts - Mediterranean salt, truffle salt, smoked salt, and oregano salt. They all tasted exactly the same to me...salty!
