Vegetable Fries

Sweet potato fries are my favorite but I also like green bean and carrots fries. I have never tried to use cucumber as fries before. That is very interesting. I might have to give that one a try.

I have made sweet potato fries too. I am not so fond of them because they just taste so sweet and mushy. I have never heard of deep fried green beans before, but I am sure those would be very good.

I find with sweet potato fries you have to cook them so that they are overcooked on the outside in order for the insides not to be mushy. If they are not cooked enough the insides are just mushy and not very good.

Have you tried raw banana chips? It's a famous recipe from Kerala in India. They are made from unripe bananas. They are crispy , salty and spicy. They are also very easy to make at home.
