I was just thinking Sloppy Joe's TastyReuben ... I really like Chef John's recipe, but I use sweet red bells rather than green.
And I like that you list the price the diner must pay for each meal!!!
Oooooh, and you just reminded me that I'd really like to make caseydog 's recipe again for Coq an Vin Blanc, C'est Magnifique!!! (to admin/mods - we need an emoji for that!)

Still need to make the frittata and the beans listed above, and adding to that, biscuits and gravy tomorrow morning, a beer butt chicken (thanks murphyscreek!), and some beef-barley soup from the freezer.

I am starting the week with plenty of leftovers which is great! I have: 1 serving of chicken karahi; 2 servings of chicken with bacon and beer (one if the boyfriend eats it); 3 servings of pasta (one if the boyfriend eats it); 2 servings of falafel (I know the boyfriend won't eat them); bulgur wheat; steamed green beans. So the weekly menu looks more or less like this:

Monday: lunch - chicken karahi with bulgur wheat; dinner - pesce all'acqua pazza cause I already thawed the fish
Tuesday: may have lunch with a coworker; dinner will be falafel with bulgur and green beans
Wednesday: lunch will be falafel with bulgur and green beans; dinner will be pesce all'acqua pazza
Thursday: lunch will be leftovers chicken and pesce all'acqua pazza; dinner I'm cooking lazy potato Bulgarian moussaka
Friday: leftovers, still don't know which

Pot Roast, Mash, Gravy and Carrots (I have all of this leftover, frozen)
Cold Somen Salad
BBQ Chicken B/S Thighs, Baked Beans and Corn Kernels
Teriyaki Chicken, steamed White Rice, My Quick Cucumber Kim Chee
RealGoodFoodsCo® Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken and Twice Baked Potato
Seafood Pasta
