They’ve also seen some progress. The biggest success is getting them (and me) to start thinking about what they’re eating. The biggest challenge is that a friend - who has been over the house a lot lately - is NOT on a diet. I swear, all she eats is junk food. The fact that they’ve been able to (mostly) resist temptation is a positive sign.Brilliant! How about the kids - have they lost weight too?
If you’re disciplined enough to control your intake and eat sensibly, and you’re happy with the results, then you don’t need a formal diet. We do.
