Is she shipping it to you or bringing it herself? Is black cardamom specifically restricted? Or, is it the import of food products?That was the last of my garam masala. I have the peppercorns, nutmeg, black cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon but I am still awaiting black cardamom from my daughter. I guess as it's been over four weeks, they may have been confiscated. She is sending more (heavily disguised).
