Scratch-made Orange-Cranberry Scones for my DH and Mother.
I found Double Cream and I still have some of my homemade Meyer Lemon Curd to go with.
Me, I do not care for Scones, but I'll make them.
This is my first try at scratch-made, so the proof is in the pudding.

I had a small taste of DH's Scone he had with a cup of coffee for his late afternoon snack, HEH!!!
That's not bad, not bad at all I say.
I'll try a whole one warmed up tomorrow morning for breakfast with some soft Butter and Orange Marmalade with my Tea.
I think next time, I'll use more Orange zest, I really enjoyed that flavor.

They’re great for Christmas. I’ve made those and scones with dried cherries and golden raisins in them for Christmas as well.

I LOVE Trader Joe's tart dried cherries.

I baked 24 mini cheesecakes (plain, chocolate swirl, and strawberry swirl) and 1 - 6" plain cheesecake.
Also a pan of baklava (no picture).

(No finished picture because it's still baking)
