@morning glory I will try to post the recipe tomorrow, but I have to warn you that it only uses a little bit of vodka so you'll have to figure out something else to do with the rest of the bottle. Also, it uses a lot of the Double Black Soy we were discussing in the other thread.
I've thought of a use for them (tinned new potatoes). Balti potatoes to accompany a curry. I would normally "steam" fresh potatoes for about 10 minutes but I guess only a couple of minutes will suffice for the tinned.
