Spaghetti pie..I've never came across this, but it sounds yummy too. Maybe they are siblings?
Probably similar. Cooked spaghetti mixed w beaten egg, etc., baked. Can top w marinara and cheese, or add cooked ground beef to the pasta. Sometimes baked in a pie dish.
