Not impressed with my snack today.

I’m so impressed that people can peel soft boiled eggs. I struggle with hard boiled.

So do I - the best trick I know is to boil the eggs in water with copious amounts of cheap vinegar in the water and then plunge them into cold water with lots of vinegar added. It helps dissolve the shell/membrane.

Lovely! I feel inspired to make something similar - not today as we are off to stay in Canterbury for a few days. But when I get back. There is filo in the freezer.
