We had chocolate and Easter eggs for breakfast. My son made devilled eggs using dijon instead of spicy brown mustard with them. It was a really good little change.

My mum made a delicious roast dinner with gf bread sauce, stuffing, gravey and sausages. Pud was meringues and fruit and a choice of dairy and non-dairy cream.
 
When you say devilled eggs do you means stuffed H/B eggs?

Yes, the hard boiled and decorated eggs are peeled and halved, the yolks popped out and mixed with mayo, mustard, and ground white pepper. The yolk mixture is awkwardly spooned into the cavity in the whites, then they're sprinkled with a pinch of paprika.
 
I made the potato salad this morning. I prepped and marinated two slabs of baby back ribs as well. Then I made the Moink balls that are now on the egg. The ribs are out of the marinade, rubbed and ready for the Egg when the moink balls come off.
