Recovered the cauliflower, decided upon cheese sauce and sliced a little more char sui.

Today, we shall have a home made Pizza .. A Mediterranean, with Buffala di Mozzarella, Proscuitto, Genovese Basil minced and fresh tomato .. Simple, crisp and light .. It is more of a Focaccia with toppings .. I shall post a photograph after I bake it at 14.00 Barcelona time ..

Fabulous !! And very dangerous .. I love Grissini and other Italian Bread sticks .. A fave snack .. or starter or appetiser or amuse boûche !!!!

Here is the quick Pizza as we are on our way to finish up some Christmas Shopping and go to the Florist - at a rural Plant Nursery to pick up some branches and a live Pine tree for the office ..

Sandwiches for lunch, home-made white bread filled with cheese, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and red pepper. They were about 3 inches thick, and fit nicely on a dinner plate

Very humble and just a quick bite to hold us over until we picked up the Tree and branches .. We are decorating our Office ..

Later ( 21.30 ) we shall go for dinner near our apartment at a tiny Greek Taberna ..

Friday night was a seafood risotto. I used the last couple of litres of the salmon stock I made a while back and froze and used a frozen marinara mix from Aldi. Adding defrosted frozen baby peas at the end.

Last night was chicken Caesar salad


Tonight. Who knows?

My kale and my snow peas are going crazy so maybe something like a spicy mince and veg stir fry. Need to up my veggie intake today. Didn't hit the mark by a long shot yesterday.
