Chicken Parma, made my own sauce for top. 10/10 with stir fry veges in satay sauce and sweet potato oven bake fries. It was really yummy.

Sheet pan dinner of a sort tonight: I tossed carrots, potatoes, bacon, and cabbage in oil and salt and pepper, put those on a sheet pan, then rubbed down a pork loin with brown sugar, garlic, oil, and salt and pepper and threw that on there, and into the oven with it, and that was supper.
