I'm pretty sure they were in Inverness when they featured the pies. Some bakery that's supposed to be famous for their meat pies. They did use mutton, but also made beef pies.
Will you post a recipe, please? I recently acquired a sous vide water bath and I'm on the hunt for ideas. I've made duck confit before but not sous vide.(doing a 16 hour sous vide duck confit as I write this)
Rack of lamb ..sous vide and crisped (to DIE FOR!!) - with 3 reds
I knocked up a breakfast of champions today; smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toasted English muffins.

Am I correct in presuming that the reds and whites were not "bottles of"?
I was wondering that! Even so - if they were glasses that's 10 glasses of wine.
bourbon chicken...... wasn't as good as I hoped it would be.
We had a Middle Eastern banquet on the weekend.
Lamb shawarma, felafel, hummus, tabouli, fattoush, garlic yogurt sauce & I bought fab fluffy Turkish bread.
