Paccheri (short pasta) with sour cream, salami and tomatoes today

Just the normal Saturday dinner/lunch

Sourdough, hummus, tofu, avocado and a chilli and lime salsa instead of a chutney or pickle followed by almond milk salted caramel and roasted almond nut (pieces of) ice cream.
 
Another lazy day. Khow pad gai (chicken fried rice) from the fat lady's restaurant in the village (although I cooked the egg).
