Thanks for the suggestion, @Frizz1974, but I'll be getting cabbage later this week. I'll need coleslaw for another meal later. I'm hanging on to the cauliflower for a cheese soup when we finally cool off in a couple of days. I also want to make a batch of refrigerator Giardiniera. We do like using it for faux mashed potatoes, too....I note you have cauliflower. It makes a decent cabbage replacement in coleslaw if you shred it finely...

Progressed to soft-ish meals now! Tonight I tried a Riverford recipe - Indian Masala Carrots and Coconut Lentils with home made naan bread. Half to eat tonight, and half in the fridge for tomorrow
