Eggs Benedict however, with Gravlax & Green asparagus on a Spanish small bread called a Montado and a drizzle of Hollandaise ..

We are up in Cadaques visiting the family and the gents are out fishing on our family boat ..

...How can anyone go through life without eating bacon?"
Smart girl you have there, @Yorky. Bacon is one of the four food groups, IMO.

It was cold and damp here today, so perfect weather for a bowl of cheesy cauliflower soup with extra cayenne pepper. Also made Cuban sandwiches again, since today was the "use by" date on the rolls. Waste not-want not, Mom always said.

Omelette Arnold Bennett. Never made this before, but my wife (bad cold, no appetite) needed comfort food so I thought it would fit the bill. It was quite rich, and if I make it again it will have a big dollop of mustard added.
