There is no reason why coriander wouldn't work - in fact I think I prefer it on chilli.

Nothing really to be impressed about, it's just making pasta dough, cutting in strips and feeding into the machine as you crank it. But, they are cute!

I added a shed load of coriander to today's spicy spring rolls. Although slightly less than to the chicken shashlik on Monday!
