What did you cook or eat today (August 2022)?

Took Mom to lunch in town because we needed to do business for her.
I told it was her choice where we went, she always picks this Soup, Salad Sandwich joint, I think because that's the only one she can remember 🤓

Shrimp Roll in a lovely New Orleans style Aioli, gorgeous Tomato slices (I gave her mine, so she basically ate a whole Tomato), Cucumber Slices and Arugula, all on a toasted Brioche bun.
She only ate half, so there's supper for her later on 😊
