Char Sui pork ribs and fried rice. Tried a new technique where you add the rice and then the eggs, stirring in a circular motion. It definitely gives the rice a lighter texture.

I used a 7 inch baguette and hollowed out the inside so it wasn't so thick..after letting it soften in the wrapper for 5 minutes it was pretty good..
