Last pudding of the year.

Aldi Gingerbread and Butterscotch Bombe. It was excellent, will be getting a couple next Christmas.

Yea, my cats are weirdos as well my tabby likes to take her toys on field trips around the house and she yowls while doing it. My chartreux likes to lay in dirty laundry..... Weirdos.
 
Since I made the gumbo for later this week today, I decided on a simple meal. Nathan's jumbo dinner all beef flanks plus sautéed cabbage and onions, plus fried potato pieces all mixed together. Not photogenic, but pretty tasty. Craig added mustard to his.
