80/20 ground beef, SMC, mac n cheese, bacon, LTOP, crispy onions, Donkey sauce, garlic buttered brioche

Bacon-wrapped, fire-roasted jalapeños, stuffed with andouille, pimento cream cheese, glazed in Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ sauce

Choco Whiskey Cheesecake

Whiskey crème anglaise, salted whiskey caramel sauce + crumbled toffee bar

That is a sauce celebrity chef Guy Fieri has in his restaurants.

• 1/4 cup minced roast garlic
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 4 pinches ground black pepper

Wholemeal pasta with a simple tomato sauce with celery leaves. That white chunk on top is Grana Padano rind, soft and a bit chewy but very nice

These included 2 eggs, onion, serrano pepper, bacon, fiesta blend shredded cheese and habanero salsa.
