Recipe - Baby beef aspic

Aspic for the challenge. Tastes good. Difficult to slice. I very much like the fresh grated carrot inside, and the meat is tender and full of flavour.

Mom ordered the Pork Chop with Green Beans and a baked Sweet Potato,
I had the Ft. Worth Ribeye with a Caesar Salad and the yummy Green Beans.

Texas Roadhouse

I've found Texas Roadhouse to be the best reasonably priced steakhouse chain. Much better than Outhouse Steakhouse (Outback).

DH & I had tried Texas Roadhouse in other States and we weren't fans, but Mom was so excited that we had one close by that I gave in and took her there not long after we moved her here from California ... not terrible.
I must say the bill today for the two of us with one glass of wine was more than I thought it would be, but then everything has just sky-rocketed!
The Outhouse left Cowboyville about 3 years ago (never liked them).

Ahhh…Outback, where they once brought me a hunk of prime rib frozen in the middle with ice crystals, and then tried to tell me “You don’t know anything about prime rib, because it’s supposed to be that way.”
