Craig made Cuban-American pork pot roast cooked in mojo and chicken broth (the mojo has to be cut with sonething, too strong otherwise) with potatos and carrots, plus mini Cuban bread rolls on the side.View attachment 95613

I think I'll do that with a beef pot roast that's in the freezer!! Hah!!

I made Doner Kebabs from this recipe (though I mixed 50/50 lamb/beef). It was a big success - the end result tastes EXACTLY like what I'm used to from the kebab shops of South London. Everyone wanted another one!

Seagulls brekky here. Grandson eli is here today. His lunch I gave him $20 and sent him into a bakery , get what ever you want mate.
He had a steak and cheese pie and a custard square. He only ate half. He put it in the fridge. Hes keeping it for ron. (Later on)

I made an orange pesto for the challenge, and had it on some penne pasta for supper. It was surprisingly good.
