Lasagne with a very simple tomato and cream cheese sauce. I was so pleased about the pink colour of sauce, thought I’d have got pink lasagne, instead they turned in an orange colour..

Made chicken shawarma and garlic sauce. Nice with this weather.
Chips at breakfast would be very similar to a very popular American breakfast item, home fries, which are basically pan fried chips/fries cut into small pieces.

In my house, breakfast ain't breakfast without fried potatoes.
I can make a very satisfying one-pan meal by dicing up some par-cooked potatoes and breakfast sausage, frying them together, then adding a big dollop of butter and three scrambled eggs. Easy cook. Easy cleanup. Good food. Especially good after a night of "indulgence."
