Today's meal was a combination of two things.

1) Broccoli and cheddar cheese stuffed chicken and French fries

2) Honey Orange Slaw

Wow...beautiful...the taste of freshly picked own veges...and the bun looks out of this world

Black beans, spinach,toms,bell pepper, olives, on wholgrain spaghetti, fried sardines.

Buckwheat and rye very fluffy pancakes.
Chia overnight pudding in rice milk.
