Mustard sauce? Do tell. I have a corned beef waiting to be cooked.
Get yourself a jar of piccalilli, or Chow Chow. Blitz in a processor. Add a bit more sugar, or a bit more vinegar, or even a tsp of Dijon mustard, depending on how you like it. Easy peasy.
 
I do stuff like that on a regular basis. I think they call them "senior moments." :laugh:

Nah, it just seems to be some kind of block with this salad for some reason. Don't know why as I love blue cheese and even nibbled on some earlier today.
