Tacos with pork cubes in green chili braise. Condiments were salsa, pickled red onions, sour cream and cilantro leaves. Sides black beans and rice.

This MRE chilli con carne was discovered in the rear of the old freezer compartment. It certainly acquired a hell of a kick whilst it was there.

I've found some new freezer labels which appear to affix more permanently than the last lot so, hopefully, I'll be able to track food better in the new freezer.
 
Looks good! You should try it with filet mignon chunks sometime. I do that and add snow peas and fresh asparagus spears, along with a few mung bean sprouts.
The last time I made it, a couple of weeks ago, I used leftover prime rib. It was great. This one has pork in it.
