Very nice, I love the combo watermelon and cheese. Not tried it with Brie cheese yet, I usually prepare this salad with Feta, mint and aceto balsamico.
A new combo to try 🤙

Brie was the only cheese I had - feta and mint sounds lovely.

...and I'd never thought of tuna with aubergine!
 
Mustard oil? Do you buy or make yourself? I've never seen it here.

I buy it - its banned in the USA I believe. Here, there is an edible mustard oil sold. Its a mix of mustard oil and veg oil so that the levels of erucic acid is safe. Its not easy to come by. I don't use it very often.
 
Burt Blank if I’m not wrong, in Croazia you have special meat skewers called “Cevapcicj”or something like that? I still remember how much fab they were when I’ve been to Croazia many years ago
The kebabs are called Raznjici cevapcici are made out of minced beef, veal and pork then shaped into a sausage shape, from the left the first third and fifth are cevap.
