They are Morrocan by origin, and both France and the Netherlands have lot of Morrocan immigrants. I love Morrocan and Turkish food

That's right - the very limited amounts of spicy food in France come via Morocco. Couscous, for example (meaning the whole dish as shown below). I hadn't realised the same was true in the Netherlands. And indeed, you may well find merguez in couscous dishes in France:

Bacon cheeseburgers and tots.

That's a Weber gas grill (pretty darn sure). Small, so maybe a Spirit? Looks small for a Genesis. Cast iron grates -- I hope you keep them inside when not in use. They will surface rust outside.

Weber grills last forever, and getting parts for a 20-year old Weber is actually pretty easy. Their customer service is awesome.

OMG. Yes, my husband has people in his family I can't sit with and eat a meal. Most of his cousins eat their steaks and any beef well done. Even filet mignon, ribeyes, etc. Uh, that's such a travesty! I shudder thinking about it.

I think you could play hockey with a well-done burger. The well-done burger might do more damage if it hits someone accidentally. You could break a tooth trying to eat that burger.

My sister-in-law would not eat meat that wasn't well done, even a prime steak. Yeah, that all kinds of wrong, but she's family, so I learned to make the best well-done steak possible. She loved it, so I was happy.

Her husband could turn any cut of meat into charcoal on a grill. He was very competitive, so he hated that his wife loved my steaks. Of course, I loved it, because he was annoying.
