Made an old fashioned upside down pineapple cake to bring to work. Well, kind of old fashioned except swapped fresh pineapple for the canned stuff, and honey instead of sugar.

This is my idea of a Ploughman's Lunch. Traditionally all cold and served in a pub.

Beef tenderloin (a misnomer, unfortunately) blowlamp seared and with chips, mustard and straw mushroom sauce.
Was it a misnomer because it was not:
a) Beef?
b) Tender?
c) Loin?
I suspect it's 'b'?
