We had a little two person isolation party by heating the gourmet set and table frying excellent beef, chicken and prawns with home made garlic and cocktail sauce while playing some trivia game.

A variation of chilaquiles with tomatillo salsa verde, homemade chorizo, frijoles negros, avocado, queso fresco, crema and, of course, eggs and fried tortillas. We were supposed to have the tomatillos in another meal, but they got forgotten, so needed to get used. Sorry, I don't do egg bleeds.

Your last line made me smile, Yorky is the King of egg bleeds, it was everyone for themself here last night, I made a double cheese bacon n egg burger. When I cut into it the egg, it bled almost exactly as Yorky does. Almost,lol.
