I learned that both January and February posts for 2021 are in January 2021.
 
Making soup today with red onion, celery (leaves included), carrot, spinach, cherry toms and fennel

I’ve also added (previously fried up in the pot)
cumin seeds and a couple of red garlic cloves

Just got back from little Yugoslavia. Beautiful sunny day for the cafes to open. I had a double espresso with a splash of foam whilst Mrs B did the mundane shop ie bog rolls etc. I spent a good thirty minutes ogling the flora and fauna. We then went to our butcher and placed the weekend order. We bought some beautiful veal escalopes for tonight. Tea toast and a snooze on the sunshine flooded balcony. Life is hard.
